[TIPS] 27 Cara Yang Boleh Guru Lakukan Untuk Mengekalkan Tumpuan Pelajar Semasa PdPc

Apabila saya membaca statement ini membuatkan saya tersenyum sendiri...
Sometimes...
it is the students who are bored
and sometimes...
it is the instructor who is boring

I do not agree with asking a stupid or pointing out a student that obviously isn’t paying attention a question. This will just embarrass them, which if the child already has self-esteem or social issues, it could only make them worse. Or if the child has behavioral or anger problems, this could escalate the child. While, I don’t agree that the teacher should just (always) ignore it, there are many more positive ways to go about it. - Matt Berry
I think knowing each of your students (interests, strengths, weaknesses) is one of the most vitals parts of being a competent educator. I am thankful that education is moving into more evidence-based and student centered. We are long past the days that a teacher just lectures throughout the class and assigns aimless homework. - Matt Berry
